Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Bfree Investments Corp, an Oregon corporation doing business as Grizzly Dispatch (“Grizzly Dispatch,” “we,” “us”). They cover your use of the Grizzly Dispatch phone assistant, dashboard, and website. By starting a trial or subscription, you agree to them. We’ve kept them as short and plain as we can.

1. What Grizzly Dispatch does

Grizzly Dispatch is an automated phone and text assistant for service businesses. When you can’t answer, it answers your forwarded calls and texts, tells callers it is an automated assistant, collects the details of the job, and sends the request to you by text and to your dashboard. It can quote only the prices you give us, and it can offer an arrival time only in the ways your settings allow.

The assistant takes requests. It does not do the work, and it does not confirm jobs, prices, or appointment times on your behalf beyond what your settings allow. You decide which jobs to take.

2. Your account and setup

3. Plans, the free trial, and billing

4. Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the billing link in any of our emails, or by emailing brian@grizzlydispatch.com. If you cancel during the free trial, you won’t be charged at all. If you cancel after that, your service continues until the end of the month you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. We don’t give refunds for partial months, but if something went wrong on our end, tell us and we’ll make it right.

5. Using the service responsibly

You agree not to use Grizzly Dispatch to:

You’re responsible for how your business uses the service with your own customers, including following the laws that apply to your trade, your prices, and your communications with callers (such as consent and notice rules for calls and texts where you work). The assistant’s greeting tells every caller that it’s automated and that the call is transcribed; if the laws where you operate require more, tell us and we’ll adjust your greeting.

6. What the assistant can and can’t promise

The assistant runs on artificial intelligence and speech recognition. It is built to be careful and honest, and we test it against rules like “never invent a price” and “never promise an arrival time that isn’t known.” Even so, it can mishear or misunderstand a caller, and phone and internet services can fail. Check each ticket before you act on it, and confirm prices and times with your customer yourself.

Grizzly Dispatch is not an emergency service. It is not a substitute for 911 or an emergency dispatcher. When a caller describes an emergency, the assistant tells them to call 911.

7. Your data

The information your callers give the assistant belongs to your business. We use it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use your callers’ information to market to them. When you leave, you can ask us for a copy of your job records, and ask us to delete them.

8. Changes and early access

Grizzly Dispatch is new, and we’re improving it all the time. Features may change, and we may update these terms. If a change matters to you, like a price or how cancellation works, we’ll email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.

9. Ending the service

We may pause or end your service if your payment fails and isn’t fixed after we’ve notified you, or if the service is being used in a way that breaks these terms or harms callers, us, or our phone and messaging carriers. Except in cases of abuse, we’ll give you notice first and a chance to fix it.

10. Warranty and limits of liability

We work hard to keep Grizzly Dispatch running and accurate, but we provide it “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we aren’t responsible for lost profits, lost jobs, or other indirect losses. Our total responsibility for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to cover claims against us that come from your business’s own services, prices, or dealings with your customers, or from your use of the service in a way these terms don’t allow.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. If we have a disagreement, let’s try to settle it by talking first. If we can’t, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Oregon.
