When you request service — by phone, text message, or the form on this website — we collect what's needed to dispatch help: your name, phone number, vehicle description, location, destination, and notes about your situation. Calls to our number may be answered by an automated dispatch assistant, and service requests are logged so we can complete your job.
Opt-in. You consent to receive text messages from us when you (a) call or text our business number to request service and provide your mobile number for service coordination, or (b) submit the "Request a Tow" form on this website, which discloses that you'll receive service-related texts.
What we send. Transactional service messages only: request confirmations, arrival-time updates, driver follow-ups, and an optional post-service review request. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
Frequency & rates. Message frequency varies with your service request (typically 2–5 messages per job). Message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan.
Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or call 541-625-9664. Opting out may mean we coordinate your service by phone call instead.
No third-party sharing. Your mobile number and your consent to receive texts are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We use your information solely to provide towing and roadside service: dispatching, navigation to your location, contacting you about your job, invoicing, and records we must keep. We share it only with service providers who make our operations work (e.g., telephone and text-message carriers, our scheduling software) and when required by law. We never sell your personal information.
Job records are kept as long as needed for business and legal purposes and protected with industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access controls). To ask what we hold about you or request deletion, email brian@grizzlytowingoregon.com.
