Grizzly is owner-operated — when Brian is hooking up a car or it's the middle of the night, his dispatch assistant answers so your call never hits voicemail. Here's exactly what happens, no tricks:
One number, any time: 541-625-9664. If Brian can pick up, you talk to him directly.
Out on a job, or it's 3am? Brian's assistant tells you exactly who it is, then gets your location, vehicle, and what you need — in about a minute.
Your details land on the dispatch board the second you hang up — and hit Brian's phone during office hours. No voicemail, no hold music, no lost calls.
You get a confirmation text right away, and Brian personally confirms your ETA as soon as he's able — he's a one-man shop, sometimes under a car or out of cell range, but every request goes straight to him. After hours, you're first in line for the morning. Want a human? Just ask.
